Spring is on the way! Guess what this is a fantastic time for?
You guessed it, giving your liver some well deserved love!
Why? Because your liver just might be the hardest worker in your whole body.
It is there for you when you are awake and when you sleep. And, as long as you treat it well, it will do its non-stop job of clearing out the toxins we are all bombarded with, day in and day out.
How do you know if you liver needs some extra love? Well, there may be many signs, actually. Do you seem to be extra sensitive to car fumes, as of late? How about, perfumes and fragrances? Do you have achy joints, by chance? Rash or dry skin?
Well, the problem might actually be in your liver.
